MyProjectCrib is run by LunareSoft IT Consulting Services Inc. (“LunareSoft”, “we”), based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This page explains what we store when you use the app at app.myprojectcrib.com and this website at myprojectcrib.com.
What we store
- Your account: your name, your email address and your password. The password is stored only as a secure hash, so nobody can read it.
- What you add: your projects, briefs, milestones, tasks, checklists, resources, tags and costs.
- Sign-in sessions: a record of each device you’re logged in on, so you stay logged in and can be logged out of other devices when you change your password.
- Server logs: the app’s servers record requests, including IP addresses, to keep the service running and to stop abuse. Logs are kept for up to 30 days.
How we use it
- To run the app for you: show your projects, keep you signed in, and send the emails you ask for, such as a password reset link.
- We don’t sell your data, show you ads, or use what you add to build profiles about you.
- Your projects are tied to your account and are not visible to other users.
Cookies
- The app uses one kind of cookie: a session cookie that keeps you logged in. It’s needed for the app to work.
- This website sets no cookies and has no analytics or ads.

Because these services are in the United States, your information is stored and processed there and may be accessed by authorities under US law.
Your choices
- You can see your name and email on your profile, and change your password there.
- You can permanently delete any archived project, with everything in it.
- To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email info@lunaresoft.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced in the app.
