Terms of use

These terms apply when you use MyProjectCrib, run by LunareSoft IT Consulting Services Inc. (“LunareSoft”, “we”) of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One account is for one person.

Your content

  • What you add stays yours. We store it only to run the app for you, as the privacy policy explains.
  • Don’t use MyProjectCrib for anything illegal, or to store content you don’t have the right to keep.

The service

  • MyProjectCrib is free to use today. If paid plans are added later, the free features you use won’t be taken away without notice.
  • We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors.
  • Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.

Ending your account

  • You can stop using MyProjectCrib at any time and ask us to delete your account.
  • We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, LunareSoft isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, from using MyProjectCrib.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of British Columbia, sitting in Vancouver.

If you live somewhere whose consumer protection laws give you rights that can’t be waived by agreement, nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced in the app.
